Building on a foundation of innovation and expertise, DeLuca and Company continually pushes the boundaries of design to deliver exceptional results. Born and raised on the coasts of New Hampshire and Maine, Callie was inspired early on by the beauty of the outdoors. Her insatiable curiosity and spontaneous exploration of new places drew her attention toward design and the importance of one’s surroundings. Upon graduation from High Point University with a B.S. in Interior Design, Callie relocated to Austin where she spent the last seven years honing her skills with the highly regarded designer Mark Ashby and his team at Ashby Collective. Working primarily in high-end residential design, Callie oversaw every detail of the design process including schedules, budgets, drawings, procurement, and installation. She also achieved her NCIDQ certification (National Council for Interior Design Qualification).

Callie launched DeLuca and Company in 2022 with a goal of delivering excellence with style. Whether organizing multiple areas of a home or transforming a space to reflect the lifestyle and passions of its inhabitants, Callie takes a thoughtful and collaborative approach to her process, listening carefully to her client’s needs and initial vision to translate that into a design that is cohesive, functional and timeless. Her attention to detail and organized approach to project management combined with her clear and thoughtful communication style ensure a seamless client experience. 

Outside of work, Callie enjoys staying active in the great outdoors of Austin – paddle boarding, biking and practicing yoga. She treasures time spent with family and friends and the occasional restful night in with a good book. In addition to designing homes for clients, Callie hopes to one day have a suite of guest properties to showcase her own design aesthetic in an ultimate retreat.

With a B.S. in Interior Design from the Applied Science University in Jordan, Lubna set her sights on Austin, drawn by its bustling creativity and diverse community. Over the past two years, she has immersed herself in the city's design scene, embracing its spirit of innovation and collaboration.

Her academic background has equipped her with a strong foundation in design principles, spatial planning, and the technical aspects of creating functional, aesthetically pleasing interiors. Combined with her hands-on experience in furniture showrooms, where she gained in-depth knowledge of materials, craftsmanship, and design trends, Lubna expertly selects pieces that enhance and elevate any space.

Lubna’s approach to design is deeply rooted in understanding the nuances of each client’s vision and translating it into spaces that are both functional and inspiring. She thrives on creating environments that balance form and function, ensuring that every detail contributes to an overall experience that is uniquely tailored to the client's needs. Her commitment to excellence and innovation drives her to push the boundaries of conventional design, resulting in spaces that are as practical as they are beautiful.

Beyond her work at DeLuca and Company, Lubna finds inspiration in Austin's vibrant outdoor culture. Whether she's exploring the city's hidden gems or unwinding amidst nature's beauty, her adventurous spirit fuels her creativity and passion for design. As she continues to evolve as a designer, Lubna dreams of creating spaces that not only reflect the clients' lifestyles but also inspire them to live boldly and authentically.

Originally from Houston, Pilar relocated to Austin to attend the University of Texas and has since made the city her home. Her journey began in the restaurant industry, where she mastered a variety of roles from fry cook to manager. A serendipitous recommendation from a friend and aesthetician led Pilar to a receptionist position at a locally cherished salon, where she excelled in organizing projects and managing both professional and personal schedules.

Pilar’s adeptness at managing complex calendars and her knack for handling home and pet care during an owner’s extended overseas trip laid the foundation for a burgeoning side hustle. What started as informal home management for friends and colleagues evolved into a distinguished career. Over the past 19 years, Pilar has built a reputation as a premier executive personal assistant and high-end multi-resident manager, catering to the needs of Austin’s elite clientele.

Her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, honed in the restaurant industry, translate seamlessly into her role in private residential management. Pilar’s commitment to excellence ensures that every aspect of her clients’ needs, from the grand to the minutiae, is managed with precision and care.

Residing in Lakeway, Pilar delights in hosting Sunday dinners for her family, cultivating her collection of succulent plant-scapes, indulging in classic films on rainy days, and perfecting the art of organizing her makeup drawers.
